Pumpkin Patch

F and I don't have many family traditions. Ever since we've been together we do to the pumpkin patch with Y. She goes on a camel ride, pony ride, petting zoo, and we watch pig races. We buy kettle corn, drink hot cocoa, pick out pumpkins, and we always have a great time. October is my favorite month. I love the trees changing, the crisp air, wearing jeans and long sleeved shirts.

This year WAS NOT THE SAME! The sun was hot, everyone was sweating, I wore capri's and a tank top! We drank bottles of water like it was running out. The sun was so hot my body wore out really fast. I started to feel very sick. We did manage to accomplish all we usually do minus the cocoa. I was also surprised at the amount of people who came.

When we got home Y painted her pumpkin, turned out super cute. She had picked out a Halloween kitten stencil. We also purchased apples to make carmel apples. It may not have been the same as every other year, but we still managed to have fun.
