Charlie Update

Almost 5 months old. He's starting so many new things.

• he raises his arms up when your picking him up


• he now realizes the noise he makes when he coughs, so he's fake coughing all the time!


• he's rolling over onto his tummy, and turning himself sideways


• he likes to sleep on his side with his teddy-blanket shoved into his face, or covering his face


• he insists on only wearing diapers when we're home


• he loves to sleep only in his diaper


• he refuses to sleep with blankets, no matter how hard I try


• he's talking baby talk like crazy, it's funny how he really gets into his conversations.


• he's drooling everywhere, teeth are coming soon


• he sucks his big toes like thumbs (this hugely disgusts me)


• he treats his feet like they are hands (might be half monkey)

His features are changing too. I was looking at newborn pictures, and I couldn't believe how much his face changed. He looks like a little boy, no longer a baby. My favorite feature change is his hair, it's getting curly!! Yeah finally something I wanted is coming through. I've tried the gel mohawk a few more times, not perfect, but looks super cute. I can't wait to really give him one. He will look adorable.
