Extra Day = Tired

How come on holiday weekends, the following Monday is so hard to get going. I feel like someone ran me over with a truck. I didn't do anything labor intensive either. I guess the body likes the few extra hours of sleep I get on weekends. Usually F handles Charlie in the early mornings, and lets me sleep in. Yesterday he went fishing so I was on morning duty. Boohoo. Charlie woke up at 6:45 wanting to eat. Who can blame him, he feel asleep in the car at 9 the previous night. My niece came back with us from the family BBQ we had on Saturday, she's staying I think till Wednesday. We went to the pool for a few hours yesterday, then to a friends for another BBQ. It was nice to see them it had been a while. They have a lot of animals at there house, and they don't have a lot of space. They have now added a bunny to their collection. So that takes it to 3 dogs, 1 ferret, (used to be two, one died) 1 lizard, and now 1 bunny. Not really my thing.

I played Wii for the first time, and it was so much fun! I am not a big video game person, but I think this could be something fun we do as a family. I loved it. I played tennis, and bowling. Later they played Mario Cart with the driving wheel, It looked like so much fun. I could see having a Wii party with adults, oh man that would rock. They also played Guitar Hero, which I didn't like, it's hard, and honestly I think boring :) Need to look into getting a Wii.
