Realtor Open House

UPDATE: It's 12:18 and I haven't heard one thing from our agent! I am so fed up with her. Why do I always have to follow up with her, she's the one making the commission.


Today from 9-11 our condo will hopefully be filled with other local agents snooping around. The goal is for them to go back and call all their clients and tell them fabulous things about our place, making them want to come see it. I'm nervous!

Last night I went home and cleaned, F finished some house projects, and finally at 8:45 we sat down for dinner. (I know that is way to late to eat) An hour later I was in bed, exhausted. We've had some interest in our place, people come look, but then we don't hear much after that. Every time I make sure the place looks great, and tidy. It's kind of a lot to maintain, but I keep thinking about the future and our goals.

Fingers crossed something good comes of this open house.
