My First Time

Yes, I've finally caved! I'm now a blogger. For so long now friends of mine have suggested I start my own blog, yet I always had an excuse. After months of reading friends blogs, I started to ask myself why not??

Let me explain the beginning of my title: It's Going...I call my friend, he says: "how's it going?" My reply is "It's going" it's my standard response. Isn't that what life does...goes...whether we want it to or not, "it's going" When trying to decide on a blog name he suggested "It's Going: Teaching and Learning Life's Lessons in the Windy City" right off the bat I protested the word "teaching" me teaching....what can I possibly teach people. He said: "you've taught me so much over the years" well thank you. Not sure I will ever agree with you, but I appreciate the value you have put in me. As for "Life Lessons" I've had many. Even tho I'm still very young, I'll be sharing some lessons I've learned, all learned the hard way. I would have loved some "heads up" from others. I'll have plenty of time to write about that.

I've always been know to have a lot to say. I'm very opinionated, and passionate about what I believe in. So I look forward to having a little piece of cyberspace just for myself. A place where I can basically say anything I'm feeling. I've never really had a place like that.....
