House Update

We passed our ComEd inspection last Friday! I know it doesn't seem like a huge deal, but to us it is. Our electric will be turned on by the 18th. The inspector said he will tag it ASAP since we fixed the violation so fast, so lets hope it's not the 18th. I dropped by the house last weekend to bring F & T lunch, but really to snoop around. F tells me what projects he's started/finished every time he goes and works on it, seeing it myself helps me understand what he's saying. Overall I feel like we are behind. The electric issue really hurt us at this point. I realize once it's up and running, things will take off majorly. I suppose this is why I'm not freaking out at this point! I also feel like I'm really not pulling much weight. Granted not much I can do at the house, I'll be more involved in the end part. I try to pick up any slack I can from F so he doesn't feel overwhelmed. I worry about him, juggling work, house, family. So far so good. We are a very driven couple, and know if anyone can pull this off it's us. I love seeing the excitement in his face when he talks about the house. Like he realizes all over again when he's talking about it, how this is changing our lives, and our future.
