It's Official

Yep it's official I am just about 5 months pregnant! I didn't want to announce it until I felt comfortable. I found out right way, think I was 4 weeks, but very nervous after what happened the first time around. I didn't want to go get all excited and telling everyone. I finally feel like everything is okay. Which it is. This pregnancy is right on track. I have felt great for the most part. No morning sickness. Exhausted YES! Everyone keeps telling me about my second trimester burst of energy, but I haven't felt it! Any day they say, I'm thinking it's not going to happen. I wish it would. The sun takes everything out of me, and I have to be careful, so my summer hasn't been as fun as usual. I'm not complaining, I'm thankful this baby is healthy, I'm happy to finally be having a baby. Just funny how life works out. Just when I was fine with not being pregnant, and we decided to start a few other life changes, bang it happened. Is this the best timing NO, but then again when is it?!? I just found out my sister is 6 weeks preggers on her second one! I never thought we'd be pregnant at the same time. It's great. Our kids will be only 3 months apart. Great way to start 2008. My due date is January 27th, but the doctor thinks I'll push into Feb. I hope not, I have a feeling by the time 9 months rolls around I'll be done! Another great thing is I've lost 25lbs since getting pregnant. Who would of thought. I want to keep going, especially since I know I will gain much more in my 3rd trimester. If I could just get my butt to the gym.

In 2 weeks we go for another appointment, we've decided to find out what we are having. F really wants a boy, so does Y and basically the rest of his family. Every time I think of baby stuff my head goes to girl stuff. They say the mothers get a feeling. Not sure if it is true. I honestly don't care what we have, as long as it's healthy. I used to think people were lying when they said that, but after reading baby books, and magazines, I understand why they say it.

I'm pulling for ten fingers, and toes!!
