Wisconsin Dells

As as family we had been planning on going to Wisconsin Dells for a long weekend this summer. I hate the Dells. Nothing personal, I just don't like water parks! I agreed to go since I was told I would not have to go to any water parks. We rented a condo, invited my mother in law, and one of Y's cousins to come along. Figured it would be nice for her to have a play mate. This was the first time we rented a condo, and not stay at a hotel with a indoor water park. I will NEVER rent a condo again. It rained the last two days and was cold. So I had to come up with card games, movies, etc to keep them entertained. If we stayed at a hotel we would of had an indoor pool.
On Friday the weather was great, so F planned on taking the girls to the water park. That morning I woke up, made breakfast, and right way F started asking me to go with them. Then his mom said she wanted to go, but only if I go since we both wouldn't go on the water rides! I was totally tagged teamed! I ended up caving, and going. It was to bad, I tried to not get annoyed with having to wait for them while they went on rides, and slides. I did go on the lazy river, boy was that not worth my $38 ticket! The girls and F had a great time, that is all that matters. By the time we got back to the condo, everyone was tired.
We went miniature golfing, I forgot how much I enjoy it. F won, but his mom was awesome at it too. We also went on this thing got the ducks ride. It's basically a boat/truck. You go through the woods, and river. It was cool, I had never done it before.
Overall the trip was fine. I've decided your not on vacation if you have to cook meals sometimes. I guess Mexico all inclusive has spoiled me over the years.
