Men In The Workplace

At my current office I am surrounded by men. In fact at the moment only 1 other female works here. Usually we have a total of 3. Some days I'm amused by the melt downs the men have. It's better to laugh at them, then allow them to put you in a bad mood. I find it so funny how men are always quick to say woman are moody. Not around here. The some guy is always having a melt down. Stress is usually the cause. We all know they don't mean what they say during the melt downs, but still seriously can I act like I'm 13 too??? I guarantee they wouldn't appreciate it.
Today one of the sales reps received 3 phone calls back to back from customers. When he hung up from the last one, he sighed really really loud and said, "**** I'm never going to get out of here, I can't take anymore phone calls right now!" Here I thought customers calling, spending money was a good thing. Apparently he can't handle more than one person at a time. I was amused, he doesn't understand how much the females have to juggle around here. We do 20 different things at once, to make sure he and his customers are happy. I would love to be a fly on the wall one day when they need to step up and cover the office. Of course if this happened our business would probably be shut down due to lack of return customers!
Men sometimes you just need to sit back and take a chill pill.
