The office I work in is small, one level. In total we have 3 females, rest are males, (think I made this statement before)I would say we tolerate a lot more things than we normally should. For myself it doesn't really bother me when jokes are made, cursing, to a certain point, but this is where I draw the line: ADJUSTING THE DICK RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! How dare you come up to my desk space start asking me a question (work related) and than in the middle of your sentence adjust your dick! Do I really need to see this? Where did you learn this is okay behavior? Do you do this when your speaking to our customers face to face? These are the questions running through my head. AND it's not just one guy here, it's at least 3! I always remain eye contact with them, and I usually give a half "gross" face while they are adjusting. I'm not insane, this is NOT normal right!!??!

This is another reason why I would be such a good employee. I have learned the fine art of discretion.

I don't know what's worse - the barbaric men that I work with or the catty women in the front office. Gross as they can be sometimes, I'll stick with the men. But NO! that is not acceptable behavior . . .. in public, at work, in front of people, none of the above!
