Last night I went for my yearly check up. Since F insurance changed, I had to switch doctors. I'm very picky when it comes to my doctors, so I wasn't sure how my appointment was going to go. The woman who did my pre-tests was annoying, very loud, treated me like I was stupid. When she was done I had to sit in a waiting room for the doctor. My cell vibrated, so I picked it up, was S from Indiana, she started to tell me this story about her ex, blah blah, then I hear my name, so I look up and HELLO DR. McHOTTIE! I quickly get off the phone, and follow him back to the small exam room. Most of you know I'm attracted to slightly older men, which he was. Granted I'm not looking for a piece of side action or anything, I am however always interested in some good eye candy! We finish he tells me to go into the contact room, and wait for the annoying woman (of course he didn't say annoying, but I know he wanted to) after a few minutes, she never came, I look up again, and he's standing looking at me. He goes gets my trail pair of contacts, and started opening them for me, sits down, and waits for me to put them in. Next thing I know annoying woman comes to ruin my eye candy moment. He gets up and says " these should work out perfectly for you" then leaves. She sits down, and makes the comment, he never comes in here and helps the patient. I smile to myself, good to know I still got it! Like I said before I'm not looking for side action, but it does feel good to know other men think I'm attractive. I don't want to assume for all women that they needs this. I'll say me personally, yeah I need it. After selecting my new frames, and getting my year supplies of contacts, I was settling up my bill, annoying woman needed to answer the phone which she did right in front of me, at the end of the conversation with an existing patient she says, I'm sorry he doesn't have anymore appointments tonight, and tomorrow he goes on vacation, then when he comes back, he wont be working at this location anymore. Damn! So much for Dr. McHottie. Looks like my once a year eye candy will be no more. I still went home with a smile on my face.
Merry Christmas 2012!
